Tecvayli 153 mg/1.7 mL (90 mg/mL) is an antiviral medication belonging to the integrase inhibitor class. It is used to treat adults infected with the human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1), a virus that causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), and who do not have evidence of current or past viral resistance to emtricitabine or tenofovir.

Tecvayli (teclistamab-cqyv) has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma in adults who have received four or more prior lines of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.
