DUPIXENT is available in three different forms in the market: a ready-to-use glass syringe with a gray-colored rigid needle shield, a ready-to-use glass syringe with a transparent-colored soft needle shield, or a ready-to-use glass syringe without a needle shield.

Dupixent 300 mg is provided in ready-to-use glass syringes, containing a clear to slightly cloudy, colorless to pale yellow solution.

DUPIXENT, containing dupilumab as the active ingredient, is available in packaging with 1 or 2 ready-to-use syringes or in packaging with 3 (1 pack of 3 syringes) or 6 (2 packs of 3 syringes) ready-to-use syringes.

Dupilumab is a monoclonal antibody that works by blocking two proteins (IL-4 and IL-13) that play a significant role in the inflammation associated with atopic dermatitis. DUPIXENT is used to treat adults and adolescents aged 12 and older with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, also known as atopic eczema.

Dupixent 300 mg/2 mL can be used alone or in conjunction with other eczema medications applied to the skin (topical). The use of DUPIXENT for atopic dermatitis can improve the condition of your skin and reduce itching. Additionally, DUPIXENT has been shown to improve symptoms such as pain, anxiety, and depression associated with atopic dermatitis.
